Refunds

This page describes how refunds work if you enrol after an emailed confirmation. This website does not take payment; refunds apply to invoices we have actually issued and you have paid.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the advertised first session of your intake, and you have not received workbook files. Cooling-off rights for distance contracts may also apply where UK consumer law says they do; we will honour those rights when they apply.

Timeframe

Write to hello@content-fieldcore.digital with your invoice number. We confirm within five working days whether the request meets the rules below.

Full or partial

After workbooks are sent, or after the first live session you attend (including joining for ten minutes), refunds become partial: we retain 30% of the fee to cover faculty preparation, and return the remainder if you withdraw before week three of an eight-week studio, or before the second day of a short lab. After that midpoint, fees are not returned except as required by law or if we cancel the intake.

Non-refundable items

Letter of completion replacements, extra one-to-one hours booked after enrolment, and printed couriered packs (if you requested them) are not refundable once produced.

Process

Email the studio. We reply with the calculation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where the processor allows it; otherwise by UK bank transfer to the account on the invoice.

Processing time

Once approved, expect the funds to leave us within 10 working days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel an intake, you receive a full refund of sums paid for that intake, or a transfer to a later intake if you ask in writing. We are not responsible for travel you booked independently to Beverstone.

Exceptions

If you were removed from critique for harassment, refunds follow the partial rule only up to the removal date. If your employer paid, the refund goes to the employer unless they instruct otherwise.
